| Abstract: | The present project, shows the design proposal inside the “La Condesa” inn, located in the province of Cañar, based on an aesthetic analysis of the Ingapirca Archaeological Complex.
His work, arises from the need to have a rural tourist accommodation establishment, which complies with the regulations issued by the Ministry of Tourism of Ecuador and goes according to the cultural context of the area; having with the main objective, to contribute to the strengthening of the touristic, patrimonial and cultural potential that the province of Cañar possesses. Therefore, the entire interior design proposal is generated from an aesthetic analysis of the Ingapirca Archaeological Complex located 5Km from the site to be intervened;
from which it is possible to rescue and implement aspects and aesthetic and constructive characteristics to improve the functionality of the hostel, the stay of the tourist and in this way satisfy their needs.
Finally, all of the above will be explained in three chapters: the same ones that will be developed taking Bruno Munari’s methodology as a reference. The first chapter, clearly proposes research topics of interior
design in lodging areas. For its part, the second chapter addresses the analysis of the current state of the hotel and its counterparts, to conclude the process of ideation and thus generate the proposal: concept, render, construction details and budget |
| Description: | El presente proyecto, engloba la propuesta del diseño en el interior de la hostería “La Condesa”, ubicada en la provincia de Cañar, basándose en un análisis estético del Complejo Arqueológico Ingapirca.
Dicho trabajo, surge por la necesidad de contar con un establecimiento de alojamiento turístico rural, que cumpla con los reglamentos emitidos por el Ministerio de Turismo del Ecuador y vaya de acorde al contexto
cultural de la zona; teniendo como objetivo principal, contribuir al fortalecimiento del potencial turístico, patrimonial y cultural que posee la provincia de Cañar. Por ello, toda la propuesta del diseño interior
se genera a partir de un análisis estético del Complejo Arqueológico Ingapirca ubicado a 5Km del lugar a intervenir; del que se prende rescatar e implementar aspectos y características estéticas y constructivas para mejorar la funcionalidad de la hostería, la estancia del turista y de esta forma satisfacer sus necesidades.
Finalmente, todo lo antes expuesto, se explicará en tres capítulos: los mismos que se desarrollarán tomando como referencia la metodología de Bruno Munari. El primer capítulo, propone netamente temas investigativos del interiorismo en áreas de hospedaje. Por su lado, en el segundo capítulo se aborda el análisis de estado actual de la hosteria y de sus homólogos, para concluir con el proceso de ideación y de esta forma generar la propuesta: concepto, render, detalles constructivos y el presupuesto |
