El emprendimiento y su evolución como una alternativa laboral en el contexto latinoamericano: una revisión de literatura

Abstract

Over time, entrepreneurship has become a significant event within society, therefore this research analyzes the different approaches that entrepreneurship has had, the contribution, discussion and analysis that different authors have given about this term through by passing of history. In the same way, qualitative and quantitative research is carried out; First because the theories about the development of entrepreneurship and its contextualization in Latin America are expanded, and secondly an analysis is made among different variables such as: the TEA, PIBpc, percentage of innovation, among other things. In addition, with the objective of presenting accurate and concise information the common elements of entrepreneurship that have been found in research over time are disclosed. Finally, the different perceptions of entrepreneurship are established both in Latin America and developed countries, concluding in this way that most of the projects developed in those countries are carried out with a low level of innovation and therefore do not ensure their permanence in the market, this leads to countries should establish government policies that facilitate growth and progress of these undertakings.
