| Abstract: | The strategy from its origins embodies that maneuver that pursues a goal. Who uses it depends how and what will do to find the right paths that achieve an idealized end. The strategy within the communication is the growth pill for an institution, represented is a plan, a guide or guideline serves as a guideline to achieve the objectives that were set for success.
The digital sphere and the growing technology make available a new space that the organization must introduce to achieve that closeness and solid link with its public. Finding the right strategies, which enjoy transparency and credibility for society is a real challenge, just as, their evolution and timely study guarantee not to make mistakes.
The present research project aims to analyze the digital communication strategies of the Municipality of Cuenca, in order to know and evaluate the tactics made in the study period, as well as to evaluate the way in which the tools are used as a resource for their achievement, therefore, the impact of communication strategies will be known.
With the results obtained, the importance of the planning of strategies and their usefulness is given, so that the institution leaves its zone and rises to archive success |
| Description: | La estrategia desde sus orígenes personifica esa maniobra que persigue una meta. De quien la usa depende cómo y qué hará para encontrar los caminos adecuados que consigan un final idealizado. La estrategia dentro de la comunicación es la píldora de crecimiento para una institución, representada es un plan, una guía o directriz sirve como pauta para conseguir los objetivos que se trazaron para el éxito.
La esfera digital y la creciente tecnológica ponen a disposición un nuevo espacio que la organización debe introducirse para lograr esa cercanía y vínculo sólido con su público. Encontrar las estrategias adecuadas, que gocen de transparencia y credibilidad para la sociedad es un verdadero reto, al igual que, su evolución y estudio oportuno garantizan no cometer errores.
El presente proyecto de investigación pretende analizar las estrategias de comunicación digital del Municipio de Cuenca, con el fin de conocer y evaluar las tácticas realizadas en el periodo de estudio, al igual que, evaluar la manera en que se utiliza las herramientas como recurso para su logro, por lo mismo, se conocerá el impacto que tuvieron las estrategias de comunicación.
Con los resultados obtenidos, se da respuesta a la importancia que posee la planificación de estrategias y la utilidad de las mismas, para que la institución salga de su zona y se arriesgue a conseguir el éxito |
