| Abstract: | The art of marble carving is one of the most beautiful in the world, however, the passage of time and the emergence of industrialized companies, have become one of the main problems for those who still use their hands for manufacturing of true works of art. Therefore, we propose the development of a business model focused on improving the current situation of the marble artisans of the Sinincay - Miraflores Parish, studying the possibility of creating an own union of marbles that compete with better tools in the Cuenca market.
The investigation begins with the search for the information necessary for the proposal of the model, however, being scarce, it proceeds to allow for the direct statements of those involved. Immediately, the results of the investigation are analyzed and their current situation is compared with the legal benefits that they had when being part of an artisan Guild.
Then, after having studied the internal and external environment, we proceed to the development of the business model, taking into consideration five important plans that will help improve your current economic situation, such as: Strategic plan, Production plan, Operational plan, Marketing plan and Financial plan. |
| Description: | El arte del tallado en mármol es uno de los más hermosos que existe en el mundo, sin embargo, el paso del tiempo y la aparición de empresas industrializadas, se han convertido en uno de los principales problemas para aquellos que aun utilizan sus manos para la fabricación de verdaderas obras de arte. Por ello, se propone la elaboración de un modelo de negocios enfocado a mejorar la situación actual de los artesanos de mármol de la Parroquia Sinincay - Miraflores, estudiando la posibilidad de crear una agremiación propia de marmoleros que compita con mejores herramientas en el mercado cuencano.
La investigación inicia con la búsqueda de la información necesaria para la propuesta del modelo, sin embargo, al ser escasa, se procede a tomar en consideración las declaraciones directas de los implicados. Inmediatamente, se analizan los resultados de la indagación y se compara su situación actual con los beneficios legales que tuvieran al ser parte de un gremio artesanal.
A continuación, y después de haberse estudiado el entorno tanto interno como externo, se procede a la elaboración del modelo de negocios, tomando en consideración cinco planes importantes que ayudarán a mejorar su situación económica actual, como son: Plan estratégico, Plan de producción, Plan operativo, Plan de marketing y Plan financiero. |
