Evaluación al ciclo presupuestario en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural de Sayausí, periodo 2017

Abstract

The integrating project is developed in order to know the management executed by the officials and analyze the phases of the budgetary cycle of the Decentralized Autonomous Government Parochial Rural of Sayausí in 2017, in which the entity must accomplish with what is established in current regulations to make a correct use of resources and to fulfill with the projected activities in each phase of the budget cycle. In order to obtain information about the entity, interviews and questionnaires with open and closed questions are conducted to the directors of each department, and at the same time it is verified that the supporting documents comply with the provisions of the COOTAD regulations. When carrying out the evaluation of the stages of the budget cycle, it is recorded that the activities planned for the year 2017 are not executed in their entirety. When evaluating the stages of the budget cycle, there are shortcomings that are not detected in time by the entity's officials, reason why the appropriate corrective measures are not taken
