| dc.description | La finalidad del presente trabajo de titulación consiste en un diagnóstico de la situación actual de la empresa Sumipega en la ciudad de Cuenca, el cual permitió la generación de un modelo de negocio que propicia su mejoramiento competitivo y la participación en el mercado posibilitando que sea más efectiva, eficaz y eficiente en sus operaciones. La propuesta del modelo se inicia primeramente con las generalidades de la empresa realizando un diagnóstico del sector en la provincia del Azuay, logrando definir aspectos positivos y negativos a los que se enfrenta Sumipega en su sector económico. Por lo tanto, se plantea un modelo de negocio que sugiere como debe operar la empresa en actividades relacionadas al área de la construcción, principalmente en el área del marketing y planificación estratégica, debido a importantes falencias identificadas en la investigación. Finalmente, se concluyó que la aplicación del modelo en la empresa Sumipega le permitirá lograr un desarrollo importante en el mercado, incrementando sus beneficios económicos. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this graduate research remains about of a diagnosis of the current situation of the company Sumipega in the city of Cuenca, which allowed the development of a business model that promotes competitive improvement and participation in the market, allowing it to be more effective, efficient and efficiently in its operations. The proposal of this patterns begins with the generalities of the company making a diagnosis of this area, managing to define positive and negative aspects that Sumipega faces in its environment. Therefore, a business model is proposed that suggests how the company should operate in activities related to the construction area, mainly in the area of marketing and strategic planning, due to important shortcomings identified in this investigation. Finally, it was concluded that the application of the model in the company Sumipega will allow it to achieve an important development in the market, increasing its economic benefits. | es_ES |
