| Abstract: | The present Integrative Project titled "Evaluation and proposal for improvement the Internal Control System to the GAD Parroquial Rural of Baños, 2016". It is structured by five chapters in which the general information of the public entity is detailed for obtaining the necessary information to develop the theoretical framework, the integral and specific evaluation of internal control, subsequently is presented a report of the integral and specific evaluation to finally make a proposal to improve the elements of internal control and finalize with the conclusions and recommendations.
In our analysis, we determine the functions performed inside the GAD by verifying that they are correctly aimed at achieving goals and objectives that have been initially proposed by the entity. For this reason, we use different methods for the internal control evaluation and compliance verification of the laws and rules that regulate the normal functioning of the GAD.
As a result of the evaluation carried out, we obtained the internal control report and based on it, we developed the proposed processes and mechanisms, with the purpose of supporting the institution in achieving goals, objectives and providing a better service to the parish. |
| Description: | El presente Proyecto Integrador titulado “Evaluación y propuesta de mejora del Sistema de Control Interno al GAD Parroquial Rural de Baños, período 2016”, está estructurado mediante cinco capítulos en los que se detallan la información general de la entidad pública, motivo de nuestra evaluación, la obtención de la información necesaria para desarrollar el marco teórico, la evaluación integral y específica del control interno, posteriormente se presenta un informe tanto de la evaluación integral como específica para finalmente realizar una propuesta de mejora de los elementos del control interno y ultimar con las conclusiones y recomendaciones.
En nuestro análisis se determina aquellas funciones que se desempeñan dentro del GAD verificando que estén correctamente encaminadas a la consecución de metas y objetivos que inicialmente han sido planteados por la entidad, para ello utilizamos distintos métodos para la evaluación de control interno y comprobación del cumplimiento de las leyes y reglamentos que regulan el normal funcionamiento del GAD.
Como producto de la evaluación realizada, conseguimos el informe del control interno y con base al mismo desarollamos procesos y mecanismos propuestos, con la finalidad de apoyar a la institución en el logro de metas, objetivos y brindar un mejor servicio a la parroquia. |
