Abstract
In this paper, we intend to establish a correlation between the universal idea of Human Rights and the literary discourses. In both fields, the permanent dichotomy modes of focusing them interact, that is, the abstract terminology and the local realities. The human rights within the Latin-American and world literature in general have a conflictive expression about the declarative spirit inherent to the discourse on rights.
Resumen
En el presente trabajo pretendemos establecer una correlación entre la idea universal de los Derechos Humanos y los discursos literarios. En ambos campos se juegan los permanentes modos dicotómicos de enfocarlos, esto es, los términos abstractos y las realidades locales. Los derechos humanos tienen en la literatura latinoamericana y mundial en general una expresión conflictiva del carácter declarativo ínsito al discurso de los derechos.
