| Abstract: | The objective of this research was to evaluate the influence that the different times of broilers installation has on the yolk sac absorption, title of maternal antibody, and morphometric of the intestinal villus. For this research, it was used 500 male broilers Cobb 500 of 1 day of birth, which were distributed at random in a block design, with 4 treatments and 5 repetitions giving a total of 20 experimental units. Each experimental unit had 25 chicks, which were installed at 6 hours (T1), at 24 hours (T2), at 48 hours (T3) and at 72 hours (T4) after their birth. The results obtained revealed that for the title of maternal antibody there is an increase in its titration comparing the values of the first and fifth day. Also, the values of the experimental units of 6 hours (T1) were lesser than the other treatments. For the variable of morphometric of the intestinal villus there were significant differences in the 21 day of age, being the treatment of 72 hours the best treatment for the length of the intestinal villus with 1040.78 μm and for the width the treatment of 6 hours with 81.95 μm. With respect to the weight of the yolk sac there was an important difference, according to the Kruskal Wallis test where the best treatment was the one of 6 hours with 0.96 gr. The variables of the zoo technical performance there were no important difference at the end of the research. |
| Description: | El objetivo de esta investigación fue evaluar la influencia que tienen los diferentes tiempos de instalación del pollo de engorde sobre la absorción de saco vitelino, título de anticuerpos maternales, y morfometría de las vellosidades intestinales. Se utilizaron 500 pollos machos de un día Cobb 500, los cuales fueron distribuidos en un diseño de bloques completamente al azar, con 4 tratamientos y 5 repeticiones, con un total de 20 unidades experimentales, con 25 pollos cada una, los cuales fueron instalados a las 6 horas (TI), 24 horas (T2), 48 horas (T3) y 72 horas (T4) después de su nacimiento. Los resultados obtenidos revelaron que para él título de anticuerpos maternales hay un incremento en su titulación comparando los valores del primero con el quinto día, además los valores de las 6 horas (T1) fueron menores que el resto de los tratamientos. Para la variable de la morfometría de las vellosidades intestinales hubo diferencias significativas en el día 21 de edad, siendo los mejores tratamientos para el largo el de las 72 horas con 1040.78 μm y para el ancho el de las 6 horas con 81.95 μm. Con respecto al peso del saco vitelino hubo diferencia significativa de acuerdo a la prueba de Kruskal Wallis donde el mejor tratamiento fue el de las 6 horas con 0.96 gr. Lo que se refiere a las variables de rendimiento zootécnico no existió diferencia significativa al final de la investigación. |
