Abstract: | The objective of this study is to propose guidelines for the management and conservation of Bolivar Street and Baltazara de Calderón with a focus on the Urban Historic Landscape, in considerations made by UNESCO.
For this purpose were used constitutive elements, highlighting architectural, historical and cultural aspects, identifying the typologies and characteristics of the built complex, detailing the historicity and significance of the study area.
Emphasis has been placed on the identification of important architectural typologies, as well as with negative impact buildings and their impact on heritage. We also analyzed the area of influence, the population of the study area and the subjective component.
The diagnosis was made through the analysis of the state of conservation of the whole building set, risks and threats applying the FODA matrix.
At the propositional level, the political management are presented with their respective strategies and models; programs, projects for the preventive conservation, maintenance and monitoring of four houses, of the parks Calderón and San Blas, of the lateral facade of the church of San Blas are proposed; to organize citizen committees, workshops on education, training and dissemination of cultural heritage.
The projects at the profile or idea level were developed in detail, as for the deteriorated houses selected, the Calderón and San Blas squares and the lateral facade of the church of San Blas, it was also convenient to carry out a project on the compilation of oral memory to evidence historical data |
Description: | El objetivo de este estudio es proponer lineamientos de gestión y conservación de la calle Bolívar y Baltazara de Calderón con enfoque del Paisaje Histórico Urbano, en consideraciones hechas por la UNESCO.
Para esto se usaron elementos constitutivos, destacando aspectos arquitectónicos, históricos y culturales, identificando las tipologías y características del conjunto edificado, detallando la historicidad y la significancia del área de estudio.
Se ha puesto énfasis en la identificación de las tipologías arquitectónicas importantes, también se ha hecho relación a los edificios de impacto negativo y su afectación al patrimonio. También se realizó el análisis del área de influencia, de la población del área de estudio y del componente subjetivo.
El diagnóstico se realizó a través del análisis del estado de conservación de todo el conjunto edificado, riesgos y amenazas aplicando la matriz FODA.
En el nivel propositivo, se plantean las políticas de gestión con sus respectivas estrategias y modelos; se proponen programas, proyectos para la conservación preventiva, mantenimiento y monitoreo de cuatro casas, de los parques Calderón y San Blas, de la fachada lateral de la iglesia de San Blas; para organizar comités ciudadanos, talleres de educación, capacitación y difusión del patrimonio cultural.
Los proyectos a nivel de perfil o idea se desarrollaron en forma detallada, en cuanto a las casas deterioradas seleccionadas, a las plazas Calderón y de San Blas y a la fachada lateral de la iglesia de San Blas, también fue conveniente realizar un proyecto sobre la recopilación de la memoria oral para evidenciar datos históricos |
