Abstract: | Background: In sport the proteinogram is of great importance, the study of proteins in sports branches is based on their participation as enzymes in metabolic reactions.
General objective: To determine the proteins (proteinogram) in Athletes from 14 to 18 years of the sports federation of Azuay.
Methodology: The study was descriptive, the universe was constituted by 1094 people and it shows 220 athletes selected in a random way. We obtained data through a form, the participants accepted and signed the consent and informed consent, we carried out the sampling and its processing in the laboratory of the hospital Vicente Corral Moscoso, we obtained the results and it was realized The development of statistical tables and one graph with the IBM SPSS v23 program.
Results: The sample was distributed by number of athletes: 14 years 32.8%, 16 years 18.6%, 15 and 18 years 17.7% and 17 years 13.2%. By gender 141 were male and 79 female, the results of the proteinogram and its relationship with the variables were normal. The sport most practiced by men was soccer (10%) and women basketball (7.7%).
Conclusions: It was observed that the male gender remains predominant (64.1%), the 14 years old athletes stand out with 32.8% with 2 hours of training (70.5%). The majority of athletes had normal values of total protein 99.5%, albumin 100.0% and globulins 97%. |
Description: | Antecedentes: En el deporte el proteinograma tiene gran importancia, el estudio de las proteínas en las ramas deportivas radica en su participación como enzimas en las reacciones metabólicas.
Objetivo General: Determinar las proteínas (proteinograma) en Deportistas de 14 a 18 años de la Federación Deportiva del Azuay-Cuenca 2017.
Metodología: El estudio fue transversal de tipo descriptivo, el universo lo constituyeron 1094 personas y la muestra 220 deportistas seleccionados de manera aleatoria, obtuvimos datos a través de un formulario, los participantes aceptaron y firmaron el asentimiento y consentimiento informado, llevamos a cabo la toma de las muestras y su procesamiento en el laboratorio del hospital Vicente Corral Moscoso, obtuvimos los resultados, se realizó la elaboración de un gráfico y cuadros estadísticos con el programa IBM SPSS v23.
Resultados: La muestra se distribuyó por cantidad de atletas: 14 años 32,8%, 16 años 18,6%, 15 y 18 años 17,7% y 17 años 13,2%. Por sexos 141 fueron masculinos y 79 femeninos, los resultados del proteinograma y su relación con las variables se encontraron normales. El deporte más practicado por los hombres fue el fútbol (10%) y en las mujeres el baloncesto (7,7%).
Conclusiones: Se observó que el sexo masculino sigue siendo predominante (64,1 %), los atletas de 14 años son los que sobresalen con 32,8 % con 2 horas de entrenamiento (70,5 %). La mayoría de los atletas presentaron valores normales de proteínas totales 99,5 %, albúmina 100,0 % y globulinas 97,0%. |
