| Abstract: | Background: The present investigation approaches the relation of the teen young person’s opposite to the contraceptives. Inside the challenges that the teenagers face it is related to his sexual development. These practices must remove correctly to avoid problems of health and of not wished pregnancies.
Objective: The aim of the investigation is to do a review between the young persons from eleven to twenty years on the use of the contraceptive methods, and his knowledge on this aspect.
Results: There has been verified that the learning facilitates in the teenagers a criterion to be able to develop sexually with all the guarantees. In spite of the fact that yes they receive information, there has been verified that rigor is absent in his relations on not having used the contraceptives regularly. The young persons do not realize his sexual relations with all the guarantees, possess the sufficient knowledge to use the methods that are to his scope, but they do not apply it assiduous.
Conclusion: One concludes, that it is necessary to develop an education from an early age, to create a suitable raising awareness that avoids risks on not wished pregnancies |
| Description: | Antecedentes: la presente investigación aborda la relación de los jóvenes adolescentes frente a los anticonceptivos. Dentro de los retos que se enfrentan los adolescentes está relacionado con su desarrollo sexual. Estas prácticas deben llevarse correctamente para evitar problemas de salud y de embarazos no deseados.
Objetivos: determinar los conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas sobre métodos anticonceptivos en adolescentes del colegio Andrés Guritave de Taday 2017.
Metodología: se realizó un estudio descriptivo con 164 alumnos del Colegio Andrés Guritavede la parroquia Taday, cantón Azogues, en el año 2017, a los cuales se informó el proceso de la investigación y se solicitó firmar su consentimiento. Los datos fueron recolectados mediante encuestas, con una guía estructurada previamente, según las variables en estudio, y tabulados y analizados con el programa SPSS 22 y Microsoft Excel 2013.
Resultados: a pesar de que sí reciben información, se ha comprobado que el conocimiento más alto de los estudiantes corresponde al método barrera (47,4%), de manera específica sobre el condón. Las actitudes son favorables únicamente un 23,2%. La mayoría de jóvenes no ha tenido relaciones sexuales (86%), y los que han tenido, sólo en la mitad de casos ha empleado algún método.
Conclusiones: se concluye, que es necesario desarrollar una enseñanza desde una edad temprana, para crear una concienciación adecuada que evite riesgos sobre embarazos no deseados |
