| Abstract: | The Impact for returning to the value added tax to persons with disabilities and / or their substitutes, a sample of 338 people with disabilities was analyzed in the city of Azogues. The persons with disabilities who have access to the respective Repatriation were 32.84%, being a minimum percentage from the year 2013 to 2015 since 49.11% do not access the tax benefits and 18.05% do not comply with the Percentage of disability issued by the regulation to the Organic Law of Disability. The greater impediments to access to the return, according to the survey, most people with disabilities are unaware of the tax benefits
The Tax Administration informs; Serves effectively to users with Disabilities, who attend to acquire the respective return to Value Added Tax. Despite this, there should be greater dissemination of information, by entities such as the Internal Revenue Service, in the city of Azogues about tax benefits for people with disabilities, covering the different rural and urban sectors |
| Description: | El Impacto por devolución al impuesto al valor agregado a personas con discapacidad y/o sus sustitutos, se analizó una muestra de 338 personas con discapacidad en la ciudad de Azogues. Las personas con discapacidad que acceden a la respectiva Devolución fueron 32,84%, siendo un mínimo porcentaje desde el año 2013 hasta el 2015 ya que el 49,11% no acceden a los beneficios tributarios y el 18,05% no cumplen con el porcentaje de discapacidad emitido por el reglamento a la Ley Orgánica de Discapacidad. El mayor impedimento para acceder a la devolución, según la encuesta, la mayoría de personas con discapacidad desconocen los beneficios tributarios
La Administración Tributaria informa; atiende de manera eficaz a los usuarios con Discapacidad, que asisten adquirir la respectiva devolución al Impuesto al Valor Agregado. A pesar de ello debería existir mayor divulgación de información, por entidades como el Servicio de Rentas Internas, en la ciudad de Azogues acerca de los beneficios Tributarios para personas con discapacidad, que abarque los diferentes sectores rurales y urbanos |
