Abstract
Due to current realities and the changes that are advertised in the new Higher Education Act, including the requirement regarding the use of time and university resources, have been possible to begin a research project that aims to implement digital media as a complement to education, with the purpose of bringing the best for academic progress.
The project focuses on the Chair of Digital Expression, at the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of Cuenca, where it has been necessary to delve into concepts that serve as the basis for a correct architectural representation.
Afterwards, the epistemological basis, application and results expected from the project.
Resumen
Debido a las realidades actuales y los cambios que se anuncian en la nueva Ley de Educación Superior, entre ellos la exigencia en cuanto al aprovechamiento del tiempo y recursos universitarios, ha sido posible dar inicio a un proyecto de investigación que tiene la finalidad de implementar medios digitales como complemento a la educación, con el propósito de aportar lo mejor para el progreso del rendimiento académico.
El proyecto se centra en la cátedra de Expresión Digital, en la Facultad de Arquitectura y Urbanismo de la Universidad de Cuenca, donde ha sido necesario profundizar en conceptos que sirvan como base para una correcta representación arquitectónica.
A continuación, las bases epistemológicas, aplicación y resultados esperados a partir del proyecto.
