Rol del docente frente a los diferentes ritmos de aprendizaje en educación general básica media

Abstract

The present research seeks to analyze the role of the teacher in relation to the different learning rhythms in Basic General Education, where the teacher assumes roles and attitudes that favor the performance of the students. Methodological strategies are very useful when working with children who have different learning rhythms, since they help achieve the objectives and skills proposed by the curriculum. The specific objectives of this monograph are: to explain the different rhythms of learning that are presented in Basic General Education, to describe the teachers' attitudes and to develop methodological strategies for the different learning rhythms. It should be noted that the methodology that will be used to fulfill these objectives is the bibliographic research. The results of the bibliographic analysis show that the teacher must be properly trained to make the best decisions regarding his / her teaching method and the factors involved in the child's learning. Likewise, it will assume the role of mediator in a group with different learning rhythms, because in each classroom you will find children with different special educational needs, associated with a cognitive disability. Hence, the teacher must be an investigator when it comes to formulating strategies and adapting them to the different learning rhythms.
