| Abstract: | The present study titled " Estudio del Paisaje Rural de la Parroquia Ducur: Impactos causados por el Poliducto Pascuales – Cuenca" analyzes the relationship between the rural landscape of the Ducur parish of Cañar province and the positive and negative changes starting of the construction and implementation of the polyduct.
In this project, we will analyze the physical and human elements that make up the rural landscape of the Ducur parish. Its flora, fauna, rivers, waterfalls and streams are samples to the nature in its purest state. While agriculture, livestock, traditional architecture and other cultural aspects, are too part of the complex Andean cultural landscape, which is reflected in its rich toponymy, derived from: derived from crops, flora and fauna of each area.
This research shows the consequences of the Pascuales - Cuenca Polyduct, which runs through the parish from west to east, and it has an extension of 210 km. Among the negative impacts caused in the natural landscape are actions such as clearing and clearing the vegetation along its path that also affected the fauna. Temporary jobs, compensation works, trade promotion, improvement or creation of potable water systems are the so-called positive impacts. As a result of the research, the main positive and negative impacts were established, in particular those that alter and change the landscape in a permanent way |
| Description: | El presente trabajo final de graduación titulado “Estudio del Paisaje Rural de la Parroquia Ducur: Impactos causados por el Poliducto Pascuales – Cuenca” analiza la relación entre el paisaje rural de esta parroquia y los cambios positivos y negativos a partir a de la construcción e implementación del poliducto.
En este trabajo se analizan elementos físicos y humanos que componen el paisaje rural de la parroquia Ducur. La flora, fauna, ríos, cascadas y quebradas muestras a la naturaleza es su estado más puro. Mientras que la agricultura, ganadería, arquitectura tradicional y otros aspectos culturales, forman parte del complejo paisaje cultural andino, que se plasma en la rica toponimia, que deriva de: cultivos, flora y fauna de cada zona.
Esta investigación estudia las consecuencias del Poliducto Pascuales – Cuenca, que recorre toda la parroquia de oeste a este, el mismo que cuenta con una extensión de 210 km. Entre los impactos negativos provocados en el paisaje natural están las acciones como el desbroce y desbosque de la vegetación a lo largo de su recorrido que afectó también a la fauna. Los empleos temporales, las obras de compensación, dinamización del comercio, mejoramiento o creación de sistemas de agua potable constituyen los llamados impactos positivos. Como resultado de la investigación, se establecieron los principales impactos positivos y negativos, en particular aquellos que alteran y cambian el paisaje de manera permanente |
