Plan de comunicación y relaciones públicas para la Orquesta Sinfónica de la Universidad de Cuenca

Abstract

The following article to be introduced gives different ways to understand and study the communication and public relations within an organization. All these ways are useful to show the actual situation of themselves applied to the University of Cuenca Symphonic Orchestra. It is necessary to involve these two theoretical bases and general concepts of planning as a guide of making, development, and future evaluation of this Communication and Public Relations Plan, which it is going to be applied in the University of Cuenca Symphonic Orchestra. This article shows surveys results that were taken to the audience to reveal the real scenery of the orchestra. These results helped to improve the situation of the orchestra through all methods and techniques that are used in communication and public relations shown in this graduation work. In addition, the contribution of University authorities reached the way to open a new point of view on these Orchestra administration fields. Finally, this article can be considered as a start point for the future generations of students, teachers, authorities and all those whom want to know more about the organizational communication, public relations and planning of any Institutional Symphonic Orchestra. Therefore, it will be necessary know the importance within any public, private, semi-public institution or organization.
