Abstract

This monograph "Situations of Violence: A Vision of Social Worker" aims to study violence against women in order to understand and prevent this social problem, situations of physical, psychological and sexual violence is addressed configured as gender inequality, which leads women to lose belief in itself, it affects their self-esteem and undermines the importance of their role in society.

Likewise, this work seeks to know what is the role played by the social worker and professional intervention in this social problem, in order to address this situation in order to improve the quality of life of women, mainly from the role these professionals in the search for relevant alternatives to this problem that affects deteriorates day by day to our society
