This study aims to determine and identify the toxic shame, what it is, how it arises, what is the devastating role in human development and in the family, sources of shame and types of harmful messages for children and girls. Recognize the importance of "our toxic shame" our fathers, our mothers, and our caregivers, achieving naming and acknowledging its existence obtain power over her, cut her destructive cycle and to go to change.
In light of the evidence the importance of parents is justified since the early years of life to have toxic or traumatic shame.

Este estudio tiene como objetivo conocer e identificar la Vergüenza tóxica, qué es, cómo se origina, cual es el papel demoledor en el desarrollo del ser humano y en el núcleo familiar, las fuentes de la vergüenza y los tipos de mensajes dañinos para los niños y niñas. La importancia de reconocer “nuestra vergüenza tóxica”, en nuestros padres, nuestras madres, en nuestros cuidadores(as), lograr nombrarla y al reconocer su existencia obtener poder sobre ella, cortar su ciclo destructivo y encaminarnos al cambio.
A la luz de las evidencias se justificará la importancia de los progenitores desde los primeros años de vida al poseer vergüenza tóxica o traumática.
