In the world of services, a restaurant is the obvious example that to secure a fixed market it is required to have satisfied customers and the way to achieve this is through the emotional value that is given through the experience at the time that it takes the so-called intangible product or service.
The demands range from a customer perspective and to the extent that their expectations are reached or surpassed in the best of cases.
These are the reasons that motivated the analysis of the level of customer satisfaction in the upscale restaurants of Paute: Restaurant Rio Grill and Restaurant Corvel.

En el mundo de los servicios, un restaurante es el ejemplo evidente que para asegurar un mercado fijo se precisa de tener satisfechos a sus clientes y la forma para conseguirlo es a través del valor emocional que se le concede durante la experiencia en el momento que adquiere el producto intangible o así llamado servicio.
Las exigencias van desde la perspectiva del cliente y en la medida en que sus expectativas son alcanzadas o en el mejor de los casos superadas. Son estas las razones que motivaron a realizar el análisis del nivel de satisfacción del cliente en los restaurantes de primera categoría del cantón Paute: el Restaurant Río Grill y el Restaurant Corvel.
