| dc.description | OBJETIVO: Determinar la frecuencia de ansiedad y depresión en niñas de la casa de acogida “Miguel León” del cantón Cuenca-Ecuador, 2016. METODOLOGIA: El estudio es descriptivo cuantitativo. Universo: 35 niñas entre edades de 5 a 18 años de la casa de acogida Miguel León. El instrumento utilizado para la recolección de datos fue la Escala de Ansiedad Infantil de SPENCE y el Inventario CDI (Children's Depression Inventory). El procesamiento se realizó mediante el programa Microsoft Excel 2010 y el software SPSS 15.0. El análisis y presentación de datos utilizamos frecuencias y porcentajes. RESULTADOS: La frecuencia de ansiedad fue de 22.86% y depresión 17.14%. El mayor número poblacional fue el de 10 a 14 años con 51.43%, la mayoría cursaban la primaria 82.86%, no existiendo analfabetismo. El tiempo de permanencia con mayor frecuencia fue el de 0 a 6 meses con 57.14%. CONCLUSIONES: Se obtuvo una frecuencia de 22.86% de la población estudiada con niveles altos de ansiedad, y un 17.14% presentaron niveles bajo y medio de depresión. En otros estudios se obtuvieron resultados similares, en un estudio realizado en Quito el 18% de la población presentó valores altos de ansiedad, evidenciándose mayor frecuencia en nuestro estudio, en Murcia se evidencio una frecuencia de 54%, teniendo en cuenta que manejan pacientes en situaciones de mayor riesgo y para depresión se obtuvo un valor de 14% evidenciándose menor frecuencia en nuestro país | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | OBJECTIVE: Determine the frequency of anxiety and depression in girls from the shelter "Miguel Leon" Canton Cuenca-Ecuador, 2016. METHODOLOGY: The study is quantitative descriptive. Universe: 35 girls between the ages of 5-18 years of shelter Miguel Leon. The instrument used for data collection was the Child Anxiety Scale SPENCE and Inventory CDI (Children's Depression Inventory). The processing was performed using Microsoft Excel 2010 program and the SPSS 15.0 software. The analysis and presentation of data use frequencies and percentages. RESULTS: The frequency of anxiety was 22.86% and 17.14% depression. The highest population number was 10 to 14 years with 51.43%. The most were enrolled in primary 82.86%, with no illiteracy. The residence time was most often from 0 to 6 months 57.14%. CONCLUSIONS: A frequency of 22.86% of the study population with high levels of anxiety, and 17.14% had low and middle levels of depression was obtained.
