| Abstract: | New constructiontechnologies in general shouldbecome a method of constructing, and therefore in a way to createjobs, meetneeds and lead to other social development. Underthisapproach a new cons-tructionsystemwhichbyitsnaturefavorsthe social processes of self-management training wasconceived. Italso has greatflexibility in planninghousing, typologicaldesign and application; ontheonehand, thesystemadoptstheindustrializedproduction of thestructuralsystem and ontheother, self-construc-tiveproductionthatpromotes social participation.
The general conception of the new constructionsystemisbasedonthedevelopment of a structural panel BRICK, whichinitiallypresents a basicarmor of 40 pieces light ceramics, linkedthrough a mesh of galvanizedwirepressesthebricks and serves as a supportforthem, finallyachieving a formatthatisrollable, folda-ble and versatileaddition to itsease of transport, de-livery and storagethanks to thematerialsused. Also, thebasicelement of thestructuralsystemisthe roll-up panel of ceramicpieces, theserolls are filledwithmortarformwork and highfluidity in work, generatinghighresistancewhencombiningthesematerials. |
| Description: | Las nuevas tecnologías constructivas, en general, deberían transformarse en un método de construir, y por ende en una forma de generar trabajo, satisfacer necesidades y provocar otro tipo de desarrollo social. Bajo este enfoque se concibió un nuevo sistema constructivo que por sus características favorece los procesos sociales de capacitación para la autogestión. Además, posee gran flexibilidad en cuanto a planificación habitacional, diseños tipológicos y puesta en obra; por una parte, el sistema adopta la producción industrializada del sistema estructural y por otra, la producción auto-constructiva que favorece la participación social.
La concepción general del nuevo sistema constructivo se basa en la elaboración de un PANEL ESTRUCTURAL DE LADRILLO, que inicialmente presenta una armadura básica de 40 piezas cerámicas ligeras, vinculadas a través de una malla de alambre galvanizado que hace presión a los ladrillos y sirve de soporte para los mismos, logrando finalmente un formato que resulta enrollable, plegable y versátil, además de su facilidad de transporte, ejecución y almacenamiento gracias a los materiales utilizados. Asimismo, el elemento básico del sistema estructural es el panel enrollable de piezas cerámicas, estos rollos son encofrados y rellenados con mortero de alta fluidez en obra, generando alta resistencia al momento de combinar estos materiales. |
