Análisis de la ejecución presupuestaria en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de la parroquia Checa en el período 2013

Abstract

This thesis is based on the analysis of the budgetary implementation of the Government autonomous decentralized of the Czech Parish in 2013, to establish whether the budget was executed according to the annual operating Plan and met the goals and objectives proposed in this year.

In Chapter 1 examines the Government decentralized autonomous of the Czech parish mission, vision, functions, competencies, organic and functional structure, rules of procedure of the vestry.

In Chapter 2 you have collected conceptual information for this research on budgetary principles, the budget cycle as well as information based on laws such as the code of Territorial Organization, autonomy and decentralization, the Constitution of the Republic, with rules of budget, Treasury and budget.

In Chapter 3 is the practical implementation by means of indicators of quality and financial management of each budget allocations of income and expenses set out in the budgetary execution in the year 2013 and its respective analysis.

In Chapter 4 we have the conclusions and recommendations made to the Government autonomous decentralized of the parish Czech over the management after applying the indicators of quality and financial management.
