| Abstract: | Tourism in Ecuador has increased in high percentages in the last few years. Recently, the touristic campaign “All you need is Ecuador” has been a hit for the foreign countries, that let more people to know more about this amazing country. That is the reason why many entrepreneurs have bet for this industry, and they had invested in this economic area.
Nowadays, technology is a powerful tool for the new generations, which can connect people all over the globe. Also, people are using this powerful instrument to make business, because tons and tons of individuals can get in touch with the people they want based on their preferences, it means that one person can connect to others to only talk about their experiences about travelling and leisure and also can share multimedia documents of a certain destiny or to make reservations online as well.
Therefore, the present monography is a document focused on the planning of a local online travel agency in Azuay, with no products but only the azuayos ones. This contains all the market information for its creation, such as: market analysis, operative plan, legal procedures and financial structure.
In fact, these steps are very important to create an exclusive travel agency which works only through the web, with an interactive option to see the touristic multi-productive and beautiful Azuay province as it has never seen before. |
| Description: | La presente monografía está enfocada a la realización de un plan de negocios para promocionar directamente los productos turísticos que tiene la provincia del Azuay, mediante una agencia de viajes online que brinde las facilidades de información, reserva y venta de paquetes turísticos en esta provincia.
Aquí, se abarca toda la planificación estratégica del proyecto teniendo en cuenta el análisis de mercado y el plan financiero, donde se detalla todo el aspecto económico y financiero del plan de negocios. Se ha realizado un minucioso análisis de mercado donde se han segmentado los clientes potenciales, dentro del Ecuador, para objeto de estudio.
Así mismo, se incluye el análisis empresarial del proyecto, en donde, se destacan todos los aspectos de constitución que una agencia de viajes online debe tener. Además, se describe un plan de marketing que es de vital importancia en proyectos turísticos, pues de éste depende el conocimiento por parte de la sociedad.
Se tiene en cuenta también la estructura del proyecto y su funcionamiento una vez implementado, contando de un plan operativo que ayudará a la realización del mismo. Además, se han analizado aspectos legales importantes sobre la constitución de una entidad operadora de turismo online. Con todos estos datos, se puede decir que, el presente plan de negocios está listo para su implementación. |
