| Abstract: | Many advances in national and international researches have served as a guideline for the proposal of a "MODEL OF PREFABRICATED BAMBOO PANEL TO BE IMPLEMENTED IN THE INDUSTRIALIZATION OF CONSTRUCTION", whose objetive is building decent and affordable housing for the local market.
The present work was based in the "Sandwich" model, where the bamboo strips will be the face sheets and the core will consist of recycled materials like eggs cartons, sawdust, and others; the resulting product will be light, easy to carry and handle.
At the momento of assembling the multiple house components a solution is presented for the joins, couplings, and assemblies that are required between panel and structure, that are also bamboo columns, or between panels. It is a indispensable resource in the successful development of this proposal aimed to possible industrialization. |
| Description: | Muchos avances en las investigaciones a nivel nacional como internacional, han servido para proponer un “MODELO DE PANEL PREFABRICADO EN GUADÚA, APLICADO A LA INDUSTRIALIZACIÓN DE LA CONSTRUCCIÓN”, con el objetivo de aportar a la construcción de viviendas dignas y de bajo costo para un mercado local.
Esta investigación, se basócomo referente en el modelo “Sándwich”, con la utilización de latillas de guadúa, para laenvoltura del panel, y cuyo contenido interno seráde materiales de reciclaje como cubetas de huevos, polvo de aserrín, y otros, obteniendo un producto liviano, de fácil transporte y maniobra.
Se presenta una solución de las diferentes uniones, acoples y ensambles necesarios que se muestran al momento de armar una vivienda en sus múltiplescomponentes, tales como entre panel y estructura que vienen a ser las columnas del mismo material guadúa, o entre éstos mismos paneles, recurso indispensable en el buen desarrollo de ésta propuesta, encaminado a una posible industrialización. |
