| Abstract: | This research aims is to identify the different types of waste that arise in the process of virtual services and the main financial service, consumer credit that is offered by Jardin Azuayo Cooperative.
For the correct waste identification the technique "VALUE STREAM MAPPING (VSM) was used,which it was obtained from analysis of the above processes mentioned.
In Chapter I, the theoretical basis framework for the development of this research is described, presented topics related to LeanPhilosophysuch as: wastages in manufacturing, service companies, Lean tools and Value Stream Mapping (VSM), among others.
In Chapter II, it is given a review and history of the Jardin Azuayo Cooperative;also services offered by the institution are described.
In Chapter III, the methodology of VSM was developed, starting with diagramming of the Current VSM to analyze the sources of waste and possible improvements, ending with the diagramming of the future VSM, a description of the possible tools to implement for removal of waste and an implementation plan proposal. This research ends with the presentation of conclusions and recommendations. |
| Description: | El presente trabajo de titulación tiene por objetivo identificar los distintos tipos de despilfarros que se presentan en los procesos de servicios virtuales y en el principal servicio financiero de Créditos de Consumo que ofrece la Cooperativa Jardín Azuayo.
Para la correcta identificación de los desperdicios se aplicó la técnica del VALUE STREAM MAPPING (VSM), el cual se obtuvo a partir de un análisis de los procesos antes mencionados.
En el Capítulo I, se describe el marco teórico base para la elaboración de la presente investigación, se presentan temas relacionados con la Filosofía Lean como son: despilfarros en manufactura, en empresas de servicios, herramientas lean y el Mapeo de Flujo de Valor (VSM) entre otros.
En el Capítulo II, se da una reseña y los antecedentes de la Cooperativa Jardín Azuayo, asimismo se describe los servicios que ofrece la institución.
En el Capítulo III, se desarrolló la metodología del VSM, empezando por la diagramación del VSM Actual para a posterior analizar las fuentes de despilfarros y sus posibles mejoras, terminando con la diagramación del VSM Futuro, una descripción de las posibles herramientas a implementar para la eliminación de los despilfarros y una propuesta de plan de implementación. Se finaliza esta investigación con la presentación de conclusiones y recomendaciones. |
