Determinar por métodos cualitativos el nivel de riesgos a los que están expuestos los trabajadores de la hormigonera de la “Unión Cementera Nacional UCEM – CEM” Planta Industrias Guapán

Abstract

Safety and Health at Work have as aims to raise the quality of life of workers and their family as well as maintain social stability, which should create conditions for the worker to carry out their work efficiently and safely, avoiding incidents and damage that could affect their health and integrity, as well as the assets of the company and the environment. The company currently is located near the urban area of the city of Azogues, Cañar Province, Republic of Ecuador; basically this plant is of great importance in the development of cities in the environment and has been for some years in this. Here the same 23 workers toil that do not have adequate supervision at the time of performance of their duties. The main idea of this study is prevention; analyze, evaluate and monitor working conditions, to take the necessary actions and minimize the risks that can lead to accidents. By identifying workplace hazards by job through measurements, evaluation techniques, methods and techniques that includes the legal, risk assessment through the three method three will be made, and then make a plan of preventive activities, in order to mitigate the risks they may be exposed human talent of the Hormigonera; also serving as a factor for raising the collective productivity and increase confidence and self-esteem of each of the workers.
