| Abstract: | The tourist transport companies serve an important sector of the economy in the city of Cuenca. To achieve its objective should have an efficient, comfortable and safe transportation, but equally, they must have administrative tools for detailed, orderly, systematic and comprehensive information on all instructions, responsibilities and information about operations or activities taking place in the organization.
The research results allowed to establish that the tourist transport companies do not currently have defined a management system that identifies the mission, vision and objectives that show their real expectations, which reveals the lack of a structuring process that has led companies to stagnation in growth, because they have not used their resources for continuous improvement and the pursuit of providing excellent service and high quality, which provide added value to their users and likewise meets the market requirement.
The purpose of the research was to propose a manual operational procedures that focused on tourist transport companies, allowing the systematization and the order of developing activities with the proper operation on every department, defining the obligations. |
| Description: | Las empresas de transporte turístico sirven a un importante sector de la economía en la ciudad de Cuenca. Para cumplir con su objetivo deben disponer de un sistema de transporte eficiente, cómodo y seguro, pero de igual manera, deben contar con herramientas administrativas para obtener información detallada, ordenada, sistemática e integral de todas las instrucciones, responsabilidades e información sobre operaciones o actividades que se realizan en la organización.
Los resultados de investigación permitieron establecer que las empresas de transporte turístico actualmente no tienen definido un sistema administrativo que identifique la misión, visión y objetivos que muestren sus verdaderas expectativas, lo que revela la carencia de una estructuración por procesos que ha llevado a las empresas a un estancamiento en su crecimiento, debido a que no han aprovechado sus recursos en pro de un mejoramiento continuo y la búsqueda de la prestación de un servicio excelente y de alta calidad, que brinde un valor agregado a sus usuarios y así mismo se ajuste a los requerimiento del mercado.
La finalidad de la investigación ha sido proponer un manual de procesos operativos que este enfocada a empresas de transporte turístico y de esta manera permitir la sistematización y orden al momento de desarrollar las actividades con el correcto funcionamiento de cada uno de los departamentos, delimitando las obligaciones. |
