| Abstract: | The following research project is centered on “Inclusive education with a focus on rights”, the one that comprehends a main role on education, being this an enforceable right of every human being, since inclusive education is centered on assuming problems about lack of attention and diversity, work that has been performed years ago, with the aim of assisting every kid without any kind of discrimination.
Therefore, it has been considered convenient to start with a brief summary of inclusive education, since, it has taken great importance in the Latin American educational context over the last years. This paper also will be about the history of inclusive education in order to know when this model began to be paid attention, and; finally the legal international framework will be emphasized in order to study rights and existing agreements.
Finally, this investigation will study the legal foundations in Ecuador, so the most relevant documents of Ecuadorian education will be revised. Also, the approach to rights and the enforceability to the right of education will be analyzed, being this last one a key aspect of inclusion. Then, with this investigation we pretend to create awareness on all the educational community so that all people demand their right to be educated with dignity. |
| Description: | El presente trabajo de investigación se centra en la “Educación inclusiva con enfoque de derechos”, el mismo que cumple un papel fundamental dentro de la educación; convirtiéndose en un derecho exigible de todo ser humano, puesto que la educación inclusiva en el marco de una educación para todos se centra en asumir el problema de la falta de atención a la diversidad; en base a leyes y compromisos que se han venido realizando hace varios años atrás, con el fin de atender a todos los niños sin ningún tipo de discriminación.
Por ello, se ha considerado conveniente partir con una breve síntesis de la educación inclusiva, dado que, durante los últimos años en el contexto educativo latinoamericano ha adquirido gran importancia. Así también se tratará acerca de su historia para conocer desde cuándo empieza la preocupación por este modelo educativo y; así llegar a su propósito. Luego se enfatizará en el marco legal internacional donde se contempla el derecho a la educación y los convenios existentes.
Y por último, esta investigación tratará los fundamentos legales en el Ecuador, para lo cual se revisará los documentos más relevantes de la educación ecuatoriana. Asimismo, se analiza el enfoque de la educación inclusiva, como también la exigibilidad de ese derecho; siendo este último el factor clave de la inclusión. Por lo cual, con esta investigación se aspira concientizar a toda la comunidad educativa con el fin de que todos reclamen y exijan su derecho a ser educados dignamente. |
