| Abstract: | This monograph is focused on reviewing the problem of Mobbing or Workplace Harassment, with the purpose of optimizing the theoretical information on the topic for the intervention in Social Work;based on a descriptive analytical research methodology, the theme will be developed in three chapters:
In Chapter I, We examine for the issues discussed, specifying the beginning of Mobbing, so in that sense, can be reached to the definition of the most significant topic of research.
In Chapter II, some standards of human rights are discussed, as well as laws in Ecuador, the same that are linked to the phenomenon studied.
Finally in Chapter III, focuses on the actions of Social Work as a profession in the laboral area; it stresses on intervention in cases of Mobbing. |
| Description: | La presente monografía está enfocada en analizar la problemática de Mobbing o Acoso Laboral, con la finalidad de optimizar la información teórica sobre el tema para la intervención en Trabajo Social; basándose en una metodología de investigación analítica descriptiva, el mismo que será desarrollado en tres capítulos:
En el Capítulo I, se examinan los antecedentes de la problemática, especificando los inicios del Mobbing, para que en ese sentido se pueda llegar a la definición del tema más significativo de la investigación.
En el Capítulo II, se analizan ciertas normativas de los Derechos Humanos, así como también las leyes en el Ecuador, las mismas que están ligadas al fenómeno estudiado.
Finalmente el Capítulo III, está enfocado en el accionar del Trabajo Social como profesión dentro del área laboral; siendo puntualizada la intervención en casos de Mobbing. |
