Abstract
OBJECTIVE
Determine the clinical and epidemiological profile of patients with ectopic pregnancy who attended the gynecology department Vicente Corral Moscoso Hospital during January 2014 June 2015, and getting feedback about the impact that this disease represents.
MATERIALS AND METHODS
Qualitative and quantitative study. Quantitative was in a population of 56 patients. Data were collected by direct interview and analyzed using SPSS software version 2015, and qualitative interviews in 6 patients, and analyzed with the ATLAS. Ti program.
RESULTS
The minimum age was 15 years, maximum 45 and the median 26. The feats ranged from 1 to 6 and childbirth 1 and 5. The sexual life started from 13 years to 25. The sexual partners ranged between 1 and 5. The 30.77% ever used intrauterine device. 4% reported a history of ectopic pregnancy, and 89.31% with tubal location. 37.50% of ultrasound findings was liquid at the bottom of most adnexal mass sack, and 94.60% received surgical treatment. Most patients had anxiety, accompanied by pain and suffering, and they wanted their pregnancy culminating successfully, and were afraid to repeat his ectopic pregnancy.
CONCLUSION
Most clinical and epidemiological findings are consistent with those reported in the literature, and is accompanied by suffering, pain and fear of pregnancy

OBJETIVO
Determinar el perfil clínico y epidemiológico de las pacientes con embarazo ectópico que acudieron al departamento de ginecología del Hospital Vicente Corral Moscoso durante enero del 2014 a junio del 2015, y conocer la opinión acerca del impacto que esta patología representa.
MATERIALES Y MÉTODOS
Se realizó una investigación cuali-cuantitativa. La cuantitativa fue en una población de 56 pacientes. Los datos se recolectaron por entrevista directa y se analizaron en el software SPSS versión 2015, y la cualitativa, en 6 pacientes con entrevistas, y se analizaron con el programa ATLAS. ti.
RESULTADOS
La edad mínima fue 15 años, la máxima 45 y la mediana 26. Las gestas fluctuaron entre 1 y 6 y los partos, 1 y 5. La vida sexual inició desde los 13 años hasta los 25. Las parejas sexuales variaron entre 1 y 5. El 30,77% utilizaron alguna vez dispositivo intrauterino. El 4 % manifestaron antecedente de embarazo ectópico, y 89,31% con localización tubárica. El 37,50% de los hallazgos ecográficos fue líquido en el fondo de saco más masa anexial, y el 94,60% recibieron tratamiento quirúrgico. La mayoría de las pacientes tenían ansiedad, acompañado de dolor y sufrimiento, y deseaban que su embarazo culmine satisfactoriamente, y tenían miedo a que su embarazo ectópico se repita.
CONCLUSIÓN
La mayoría de los resultados clínicos y epidemiológicos concuerdan con los reportados en la literatura, y se acompaña de sufrimiento, dolor y miedo a embarazarse
