| Abstract: | The goal of the present work is to become a support tool for tourist guides and other people involved with touristic activities. This work develops issues regarding the skills in guiding techniques, which are presented in a precise and objective manner in this project. We detail all of the aspects that allow us to clear doubts and answer questions through practical and opportune ideas. It is based on bibliographic investigation and on the personal experience of the people who are involved in this activity. The Instructive for the development of communication techniques in guiding was carried out taking into account the performance of the people who work in this area, who are the most representative aspect in Tourism and Communication, and that is why we intend to highlight the work of the tourist guide. |
| Description: | El presente trabajo trata de convertirse en una herramienta de apoyo comunicacional, de los guías de turismo y de los involucrados en la actividad turística, y también de todas aquellas personas que hacen de la comunicación su principal herramienta de trabajo, desarrolla temas referentes a la destreza en formas comunicativas afines a la actividad de la guianza, señaladas en este trabajo de manera puntual y objetiva, detallando todas aquellas cosas que permitan ayudar a despejar dudas, incógnitas, brindando ideas prácticas y oportunas.
Se basa en una investigación bibliográfica, la misma que ampara y sustenta el presente trabajo, así como técnicas de investigación y vivencias personales relacionadas con la actividad. Este instructivo basado en la comunicación aplicado a un guía nacional de turismo, es un trabajo realizado tomando muy en cuenta el desenvolvimiento de quienes ejercen la actividad, siendo la más importante en Turismo y en el área comunicacional, la más representativa por lo que pretende resaltar el trabajo de un guía, y a su vez ayudarlo al momento de ejercer su trabajo. |
