Abstract

The present researching work is based on a process of audit to the Human Resources system from the “Humberto Valverde Pesántez e Hijos Cía. Ltda. Company Importing” The examination done stems from the importance imposed on the Audit within the business field, because it provides to the managers of an organization, an overview about the way in which resources are being managed; in this case the human capital, the same as for long time was administered empirically, without a proper management guide. The aspects considered for processing of this work were: recruitment, hiring, induction, training, occupational health and safety and performance evaluation.

The work is divided as follows: Chapter one gives to know the most important aspects of the Company. In Chapter two we boarded the conceptual framework for the audit: audit concept, importance, objectives, scope, elements and foundations. And other concepts related to the management of Human Talent.In Chapter three we started with the development of the audit, with the Strategic Planning Review, The Preliminary Diagnosis, Specific Planning, Auditing Risk Matrix, Internal Control, Enforcement and Completion with the Audit Report. Finally disclosed the findings and recommendations of the work done.
