Abstract
In this monograph, "Legal Study of the Attributes of Personality" proceeds to the study of the set of rights that protect the individual, for the simple fact of being. All without distinction have attributes inherent to human nature, born with certain rights that must accompany them throughout their lives, the same that are not spent, or sold, or are transmitted and allow the human being present as a unique and unrepeatable being in society.
In the present research work is analyze each of these attributes and the treatment given to them in the Ecuadorian legal system, separately through each chapter: starting with the name, which will be studied in the first chapter, continuing the marital status will be developed in chapter two, the capacity will be studied in chapter three and finally proceed to the analysis of the address in the last chap.
Resumen
En la presente monografía titulada “Estudio Jurídico de los Atributos de la Personalidad” se procede al estudio del conjunto de derechos que protegen a la persona, por el simple hecho de serlo. Todas las personas sin distinción poseen atributos inherentes a su naturaleza humana, nacen con ciertos derechos que les deben acompañar durante toda su vida los mismos que no se gastan, ni se venden, ni se transmiten y posibilitan que el ser humano se presente como un ser único e irrepetible dentro de la sociedad.
En el presente trabajo informativo se analizara cada uno de estos atributos y el tratamiento que se les da en el sistema jurídico ecuatoriano, de manera separada a través de cada capítulo: iniciando por el nombre, que será estudiado en el primer capítulo, continuando con el estado civil cuyo examen se desarrollara en el capítulo dos, la capacidad que se estudiara en el capítulo tres y finalmente procederemos al análisis del domicilio en el último capítulo.
