Abstract: | Objective: Determine how the hypertensive disorders of pregnancy influence on the development of complications in the newborn in the first 48 hours of life, at the Vicente Corral Moscoso Hospital.
Methodology: This is an analytical, prospective, longitudinal or cohort study, Using dates of 160 mothers and their products assigned to two cohorts, the first with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and the other without this pathology; demographics and complications in the newborn were collected, the analysis is performed in the SPSS data are presented in simple and double-entry tables using relative risk (RR) for analysis.
Results: The average age stood at 26.73 years, the frequency of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy was 61,25% Preeclampsia was becoming the most common hypertensive pregnancy disorders; followed by patients with gestational hypertension with 21,25%; In the population it was found THE frequency of perinatal complications were: prematurity 16,25%; low birth weight 40%; neonatal depression 20%; neonatal asphyxia 2.5%; RCIU 40 % and 1.25% neonatal death. THE increase the risk of prematurity RR 12 (1.5 to 90.12); LBW RR 4.4 (2 to 9.4); RR 5 neonatal depression (1.5 to 16.6) and IUGR RR 5.8 (2.5-13).
Conclusion: The most common hypertensive disorder of pregnancy was preeclampsia. The preeclampsia increase the risk of prematurity, low birth weight, neonatal depression, neonatal asphyxia and RCIU. While the high hypertension increase the risk of prematurity and RCIU. Also the risk of being hospitalized for 48 hours was higher for newborns of mothers with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. |
Description: | Objetivo: Determinar en qué medida los trastornos hipertensivos del embarazo influyen sobre el desarrollo de complicaciones al recién nacido durante las primeras 48 horas de vida, en el Hospital Vicente Corral Moscoso.
Metodología: Es un estudio de tipo analítico, prospectivo, longitudinal o de cohorte llevado a cabo en 160 madres y sus productos asignados a 2 cohortes: la primera con trastornos hipertensivos del embarazo y la otra sin esta patología. Se recolectaron datos demográficos y complicaciones en el recién nacido; el análisis se lo realizó en el programa SPSS; los datos se presentan en tablas simples y de doble entrada usando Riesgo Relativo (RR) para análisis.
Resultados: La media de edad de las madres se ubicó en 26,73 años; frecuencia de trastornos hipertensivos del embarazo, la preeclampsia represento 61,25% constituyéndose el trastorno del embarazo más frecuente, seguido de hipertensión gestacional 21,25%. La frecuencia de las complicaciones perinatales en THE fue: prematuridad 16,25%; bajo peso al nacer 40%; depresión neonatal 20%; asfixia neonatal 2,5%; pequeño para la edad gestacional 40%. Los THE aumentan el riesgo de prematuridad RR 12 (1,5-90,12); bajo peso al nacer RR 4,4 (2-9,4); depresión neonatal RR 5 (1,5-16,6) y RCIU RR 5,8 (2,5-13).
Conclusión: El trastorno hipertensivo del embarazo más frecuente fue la preeclampsia, la cual aumenta el riesgo de prematuridad, bajo peso al nacer, depresión neonatal y RCIU, mientras que la HTA gestacional aumenta el riesgo de prematuridad y RCIU. Además el riesgo de permanecer hospitalizado a las 48 horas fue más alto para los recién nacidos de madres con THE. |
