Abstract
Inthis monographit is analyzed the protection action in the Ecuadorian legislation, what is his story and his background, his importance in other laws, the way it should be admitted and state responsibility it will be made a brief analysis of protective actions received in the period 2009-2013, and the resolution of the Constitutional Court about the proposed amendment to limit the protective action.
Resumen
En esta monografía se analiza la Acción de Protección en la legislación ecuatoriana,cual es su historia y sus antecedentes, la importancia que tiene la misma en el resto de legislaciones, como esta deberá ser admitida y la responsabilidad del Estado frente a esta garantía, se hará un breve análisis de algunas acciones de protección que se recibieron en el periodo 2009-2013, y se tratara también sobre el análisis de la Resolución de la Corte Constitucional acerca de la propuesta de enmienda para limitar la Acción de Protección.
