Propuesta de un plan de desarrollo turístico para el cantón El Pan, provincia del Azuay

Abstract

The Pan city is a site that keeps incomparable natural and cultural riches, which have not been exploited properly. Located in the province of Azuay, this county has three thousand and thirty-six inhabitants which are divided into fifteen communities thus representing two parishes; one rural and one urban. This research aims to make a "Plan of Tourist Development Canton Bread", since the problem of absence of such a document, which is vital for the proper development of sustainable and sustainable tourism within the canton was raised. For the research, a thorough site analysis, running a demographic and territorial diagnosis to know the current situation (2015) of this place and the respective tabs attractions also performed was performed. Besides various documents that support information are read as "The Development Plan and Zoning Canton Bread" (PDOT) used the book of Felix Torres entitled "Pan, History, Sectors, Religiosity, Traditions and legends" between other. To know more deeply the reality of Canton Bread, interviews were conducted with authorities, people with different establishments in the county and potential tourists. Finally, this Plan contains tourism development programs, projects and activities that allow the canton Pan has a good tourism development.
