Realización de la gestión técnica en el hospital Moreno Vázquez

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the development of sub-elements of the technical management, they are: identification, measurement, assessment and risk control. This model based on the Ecuadorian system safety management and occupational health. The processes of identification, measurement and evaluation in technical management system, are aimed main the establishment of adequate control measures for each type of risk. This should be done in steps for proper development. The first step corresponds to the identification of risks based on qualitative (checklists) and subjective methods (direct observations and interviews), taking into account the Ecuadorian legislation; also a collective assessment was carried out by the method of GENERAL RISK ASSESSMENT National Institute of Safety and Health at Work (INSHT) of Spain, applied to all of post of job. The second step concerns the risk measurement performed at the source: through direct measurements, equipment and duly certified professionals and recognized methods of analysis. In the third step will be the evaluation, in which the level of risks they are exposed workers of the institution, considering them as low, medium and high risk will be determined. This estimate will establish control measures that can be applied at source, in the medium and / or the individual. Finally an analysis of signage will be held at the institution to determine the types of signals.
