| Abstract: | This monograph examines reforms to the Law of Corporations contained in the Supplement to the Official Register No. 249, of May 20, 2014, the publication date of the Organic Law for the Strengthening and Optimization of the Corporate and Financial Sectors, in which are contained not only the reforms the analysis of which is the subject of the present document, but other reforms as well; for this reason, in order to make clear the effect of this law, this document includes a brief theoretical foundation upon the theme of corporations, with regard to their definition, types, elements, attributes, and control mechanisms; and, with the aim of giving to students and legal professionals an up-to-date understanding and in complete conformity with our reforms of corporate law, this monograph will touch upon the Principal Reforms to the Law of Corporations. |
| Description: | En esta monografía se analizanlas reformas a la Ley de Compañías constantes en el Suplemento del Registro Oficial No. 249, de mayo 20 de 2014, fecha en la que se publicó la Ley Orgánica para el Fortalecimiento y Optimización del Sector Societario y Bursátil, en la que constan reformas no sólo a la ley cuyo análisis nos ocupa en este momento, sino también de otras; es por ello que, realizaremos una breve fundamentación teórica sobre el tema de compañías, en cuanto a su definición, tipos, elementos, atributos, órganos de control; para luego tratar de cumplir con nuestra ambición académica, cual es la de dotar a los estudiantes y profesionales en derecho una visión actualizada y totalmente apegada a nuestra reformada legislación societaria. |
