Abstract
Inside the analysis of the urban space with a vision of the design, we bear in mind the intention of designing and of rehabilitating a space of a lot of importance with a historical connotation in the way.
A systematical development is fulfilled like; to investigate, to study, to analyze and to create the space deserved by the city of Cuenca.
Inside this thesis project a deep study of the space appears, allowing the view of a horizon linked to a final result of design, incorporating the knowledge acquire along our university education.
The purpose of this project is to give answer to a real need for space, generating a lookout where each of the elements of furniture, textures and disposition allow, first the recognition of the space as part of an architectural milestone and second like an element that allows the sightseeing of the city of Cuenca, recognized in all its splendor and growth.
Resumen
Dentro del análisis de este espacio urbano, tenemos en cuenta el propósi¬to de diseñar y rehabilitar un espacio de mucha importancia con una connotación histórica en el medio.
Se cumple un desarrollo sistemático entre ellos; investigar, estudiar, analizar y crear el espacio merecido para la ciudad de Cuenca.
Dentro de este proyecto de tesis se presenta un profundo estudio del espacio, dejando visualizar un horizonte vinculado con un resultado final de un diseño funcional incorporando los conocimientos adquiridos a lo largo de nuestra carrera universitaria.
Se ha pretendido dar respuesta a una necesidad real de espacio, generando un mirador en donde cada uno de los elementos de mobiliario, texturas y disposición permitan pri¬mero el reconocimiento del espacio como parte de un hito arqui¬tectónico y como un elemento que permita visualizar a la ciudad de Cuenca, reconocida en todo su esplendor y crecimiento.
