| Abstract: | The design of a Management System for Occupational Safety and Health (MSOSH) for the dairy factory ECOLAC. CIA. LTDA shows the 4 stages comprising the Prevention Management System (PMS).
The first chapter provides general information about the company, the history of its organization and the strategic plan.
The second chapter points out the theory and concepts to be taken into account in the implementation, as well as important legal bases that contribute to the development of MSOSH.
The third chapter shows the current state of the company in relation to Occupational Safety and Health, wich is essential for the beginning of development of this research work.
The fourth chapter states the development of MSOSH, starting on the Technical Management, which is based on the identification and assessment of risks per workstation, applying for developing several methods such as: William Fine, REBA, ILSIMPLE, OCRA, Test for workstation evaluation with PVD (INSHT) a questionary using the Fsico program and Occupational Risk Assessment INSHT.
Based on the risk matrix, we developed the remaining 3 parts of the PMS, which are the Administrative, Human Resource and Process and Basic Operational Programmes.
Finally, conclusions and recommendations are presented, which will help the development of the implementation of MSOSH in Ecolac. Cia. Ltda. |
| Resumen : | El Diseño de un Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional (SGSSO) para la fábrica de lácteos ECOLAC. CIA. LTDA, muestra las 4 etapas que comprende el Sistema de Gestión de Prevención (SGP).
El primer capítulo presenta la información general de la empresa, la historia la conformación de la organización y el plan estratégico.
En el segundo capítulo señala la teoría y conceptos fundamentales que se debe tomar en cuenta para la ejecución, así como también las bases legales importantes que aportan al desarrollo del SGSSO.
El tercer capítulo indica el estado actual de la empresa en lo que se refiere a Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, siendo base fundamental para el inicio del desarrollo del presente trabajo.
En el cuarto capítulo muestra el desarrollo del SGSSO, partiendo de la Gestión Técnica, que se basa en la identificación y evaluación de riesgos por puesto de trabajo, aplicando para su desarrollo varios métodos como son: William Fine, REBA, ILSIMPLE, OCRA, Test para la evaluación de puestos con PVD (INSHT), Cuestionario utilizando el programa Fsico y la Evaluación de Riesgos Laborales INSHT.
A base de la matriz de riesgos, se desarrollo las 3 partes restantes del SGP, que son la Administrativa, Talento Humano y los Procedimientos y Programas Operativos Básicos.
Finalmente muestran conclusiones y recomendaciones, las cuales ayudarán al desarrollo de la ejecución del SGSSO en Ecolac. Cia. Ltda. |
