Propuesta para la creación de una Empresa capacitadora en la formación y gestión de pequeñas y medianas empresas en el cantón Paute, período 2014-2015

Abstract

This research shows an Investment Project: PROPOSAL FOR THE CREATION OF A COMPANY IN ENABLING THE TRAINING AND MANAGEMENT SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES IN THE CANTON PAUTE, PERIOD 2014 - 2015 to implement a company that empowers small and medium businesses Advertise domiciled in Canton, under the denomination SEECA Cia. Ltda. in order to provide a quality service in terms of training and management in different areas of the companies at competitive and affordable prices.

In the first chapter the current situation of small and medium enterprises in the canton Advertise analyzes then proceed to the second chapter with the feasibility study which was made in order to determine the acceptability of the project which also served to make decisions to implement or not the project as well as research also has a chapter in which the business plan of the company where the location, equipment and facilities, the study of investment and financing is analyzed for the investment budget of the project, the equity capital and debt capital needed, the estimate of the revenue, cost estimation and expenses are shown on the income statement, cash flow for five years, later took out the project feasibility assessment through indicators that are the NPV and IRR, which have screened positive results and demonstrate that the project is viable finally it has the conclusions and recommendations of the project.
