| Abstract: | Taking advantage of the benefits of the beautiful Yunguilla Valley that is has characterized by its warm climate and its traditional grinding machine not to mention his exuberant wealth natural, have allowed to conceive the idea of creating a hostel more than providing food and lodging services offered different grinds and natural attractions tours. Through the study of market, the degree of acceptance was known and estimated potential demand for our resort. With the analysis of the technical study was determined the optimum location of the project, its distribution plant, their respective requirements of infrastructure, manpower, equipment and facilities, furniture and equipment, so that every service offered the lodge can provide efficiently. At all these requirements establish their respective costs for this way know the total of the initial investment. Finally it was estimated the costs and income projected for 5 years, so calculate their income statement and on the basis of this information to analyze the VAN, TIR, cost/benefit. Whose results were so positive; conclude saying that if it is recommended the creation of the lodge. |
| Description: | Aprovechando las bondades del hermoso Valle de Yunguilla que se ha caracterizado por su clima cálido y sus tradicionales moliendas sin dejar de mencionar su exuberante riqueza natural, han permitido concebir la idea de crear una hostería que a más de brindar servicios de hospedaje y alimentación se ofrezca recorridos por las distintas moliendas y atractivos naturales.
Mediante el estudio de mercado, se conoció el grado de aceptación y se estimó la demanda potencial para nuestro centro turístico.
Con el análisis del estudio técnico se determinó la ubicación óptima del proyecto, su distribución de planta, sus respectivos requerimientos de infraestructura, mano de obra, equipos e instalaciones, muebles y enseres, de modo que se pueda prestar de manera eficiente cada servicio que ofrece la hostería. A todos estos requerimientos establecemos sus respectivos costos para de esta forma conocer el total de la inversión inicial.
Por último se estimó los costos e ingresos proyectados para 5 años, para así calcular su estado de resultados y en base a esta información poder analizar el VAN, TIR, Beneficio/Costo. Cuyos resultados fueron positivos, así concluimos diciendo que es factible la creación de la hostería. |
