Abstract

The research paper entitled “Proposal for the Establishment of the Department of Human Resourcesat the Productos Betoven Company”will focus on the employment context;an induction manual has been designed, which will be useful for the fulfillment of rules and standards by the staff working in the company as well as by new personnel because it will help to improve the analysis and selection of staff profiles according to the needs of the company in order to achieve its main goals as well as to producebetter quality products and accessories for pets; in this way this company will be able to meet the requirements of those who assumed the responsibility of giving their pets love and protection. The first chapter presents the current situation of the company is; the second chapter summarizes the theory this thesis is based upon; the third chapter presents the proposal to improve the human resources management system in the company by establishing its main functions and purposes; such functions werestated based on interviews and direct observation of the needs of the company. The conclusions and recommendations for the company are shown at the end of this research paper; the manuals cited here are shown in annexes.
