| Abstract: | By using the dancing-theater style from Pina Bausch and the Anthropological Theatre technique, a scenic language has been created from the text "Quiero" by Jorge Bucay: "I want you to hear me without judging me; I want you to think, without advising me..." Here, everything is put together using sign language, turning it into a dancing-theatre staging.
This work is intended to show the reality of deaf-mute people, i.e. how their world is; what they hope, what they think, and their relationship with others. In addition, they can use sign language as a tool in dancing-theater performances.
Also, this play centers in spectators, who will finally tell if the message reached all alike, taking into account that we have two types of audience: the deaf-mute and people without any disabilities. |
| Description: | Mediante el empleo del estilo de danzateatro de Pina Bausch y la técnica del Teatro Antropológico se crea un lenguaje escénico a partir del texto “Quiero” de Jorge Bucay: “Quiero que me oigas sin juzgarme, Quiero que opines, sin aconsejarme….” Donde se fusione con el lenguaje de señas, convirtiéndole en un montaje de danza-teatro.
Con esta obra se intenta mostrar la realidad de las personas sordo mudas, es decir cómo es su mundo; lo que quiere, lo que piensa y la relación con la gente, de cierta manera normal, es decir que no padecen de ninguna discapacidad. Además de utilizar su forma de comunicarse que es el lenguaje de señas como una herramienta poco utilizada en la danzateatro y como herramienta para encontrar la limpieza de los movimientos dancísticos teatrales.
Además esta obra toma forma como punto central al espectador ya que es el quien finalmente dirá si el mensaje llego a todos por igual, tomando en cuenta que tenemos a dos tipos de público: el sordomudo y el que socialmente es normal es decir carece de discapacidad |
