El estudio se cumplió en 182 entrevistados: 56 Médicos Residentes y 126 Internos, de ambos hospitales. Resultados. La prevalencia del Síndrome de Burnout fue del 41.02% considerando que el nivel alto del síndrome se presentó en el 74,6% de todo el grupo.auSUMMARY Objectives. We used the Maslach Burnout Inventory Human Services Survey test version in Spanish adaptation, the questionnaire has 22 items with Likert-type scale with a seven-grade scale of values that goes from never to every day. The study was completed by 182 respondents: 56 medical residents and 126 interns, of both hospitals. Results. The prevalence of burnout syndrome was 41.02% whereas the high level of the syndrome occurred in 74.6% of the entire group.
