Finalmente y a manera de crítica se analiza el principio de Proporcionalidad en torno a la figura de Peculado en el Ecuador.The present monographic work deals with the crime of Peculation, by means of a brief historical reference of the emergence of this crime in the world and in Ecuador, in addition it is suggested to it like a crime of "white collar", since it possesses its essential characteristics. The central point of the monograph is the active subject of this crime, for which the criminal type is analyzed in detail.
