La investigación tuvo como grupo objetivo a los grafiteros cuencanos que practican este arte y que se encuentran organizados bajo el patrocinio del Departamento de Cultura de la Ilustre Municipalidad de Cuenca y también aquellos que actúan libres o en grupo pero sin la tutela institucional, en el período 2012-2013.This research explores carefully different manifestations that adopt the unconventional urban art, graffiti in their shapes, types, styles, supports and relations with urban planning and community. The information collected, provided by art critics, cultural managers, graffiti practitioners show the current status of graffiti in Cuenca, Ecuador.
