Además, se analizará las contradicciones que la Tasa Solidaria tiene con el resto del ordenamiento jurídico nacional, su vinculación con otros ingresos tributarios y los conflictos sociales y políticos que su recaudación ha generado.This research aims to contrast TasaSolidaria, which has been created by Gobierno Provincial del Azuay, within the dogmatic development, elaborated by national and international doctrine, with the purpose of establishing its real legal nature and knowing the consequences that it generates in the taxes field.
