Estos elementos prefabricados son de sencilla colocación, con el fin de evadir el uso de mano de obra especializada, apoyando el pensamiento industrial. El pensamiento industrial es parte fundamental de esta tesis, pues el autor cree que es la mejor forma para reducir el déficit habitacional (aunque no se limite a esto), y se ha propuesto hacerlo simplificando la producción en vez de requerir tecnología avanzada.It deals with the invention of a construction system derived from prefabricated elements, which in turn originated from the most accessible and common materials available in the area, and are compatible with local reality thanks to their feasibility. This is conceived through the assembly of different habitable modules, where the structuring of each dwelling uses customized prefabricated elements. These prefabricated elements are easy to install, avoiding the need for specialized labor, supporting industrial thinking.
